This is my Australian shepherd. Notice how he's almost all white? That albino trait also makes it so he's deaf and visually impaired. He goes everywhere with me (except school, of course), and knows sign language. His favorite game is trying to trip me down the stairs every morning by tugging at my leg to play.

Before I became a teacher, I worked in Hollywood on film sets and within production companies. I worked with a bunch of celebrities and read a lot of screenplays for producers to turn into movies. I was also a magazine journalist.
I love being outdoors in nature. I'm grateful for all the traveling I've done with my family (that's me in Ireland). My favorite thing to do is find the humor in life. I really, really love to laugh and watch my students enjoy learning! I hope to have a joyful and productive year of academic growth with each and every one of you.
